Artists with poor conduct are not allowed to change their appearance and come out again.
In China we have social media police who watch out for any illegal activities on the social media platforms. We must obey the laws and regulations set forth by the authorities involved. Therefore, I believe that this request is not achievable or realistic in our current legal environment. Also, it should be noted that celebrities are only required to disavow past misconduct rather than be permanently banned from working as entertainers due to their previous criminal records. Finally, the social media platforms do have some form of oversight and regulation over content and conduct on their networks. Thank you for bringing this important issue up for discussion.
