In a sudden turn of events, on 28th July, typhoon "Dusu Rui" made its landfall off the coast of Jinjiang City in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The fifth typhoon of this year hit the city with heavy rainfall causing trees to fall down on the road surface and the downtown area to be flooded with rain and wind.
