The typhoon was classified as a strong typhoon level or super strong typhoon level, with winds of 48-55 meters per second and a maximum of 15-16. As a result, the Xiamen Meteorological Observatory issued a "Typhoon Warning Level Ⅰ" and "Rainstorm Warning Level Ⅰ".
