A 75-year-old man, identified as Mr. Ma, was sentenced to nine years in prison for intentionally injuring two property management staff members with his Ferrari in Shanghai. The accident, which occurred in March 2023, left one of the staff members, Mr. Zhang, with severe injuries, including a pelvic fracture, urethral rupture, and moderate blood loss, resulting in a second-degree severe injury and five types of disabilities.
