A 32-year-old woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, was diagnosed with a malignant thyroid nodule after visiting the hospital due to a persistent sore throat. As a full-time mother of two young children, aged 4 and 7, her daily life was marked by sleep deprivation, with only about 3 hours of rest per night, and a hectic schedule that left her with little time for self-care.
