On June 17th, two children from a community in Henan Province tragically fell to their deaths after falling through a ventilation duct on the 29th floor of their apartment building. The younger sibling's aunt, Ms. Lu, revealed that there were no warning signs on the ventilation duct, which was only two centimeters thick and made of cement mortar. The children were brother and sister, aged 10 and 6 respectively, and lived in the Blue Ocean community in Jinmi County.
