Wu revealed that he had created a personal microblog account to explain the design of "无限超越班", but was met with criticism, with some netizens referring to him as "吴彤腿毛" (Wu Tong's leg hair), a term that has become a meme.

The decision not to organize an anti-war veteran team for the parade is primarily due to the comprehensive consideration of their physical condition and other factors. According to Wu Zezhou, Deputy Director of the Parade Leadership Office and Deputy Director of the Operations Bureau of the Central Military Commission Joint Staff, the majority of the surviving anti-war veterans are now nearly a hundred years old.
