South Korea has been hit by record-breaking torrential rains, resulting in four deaths and widespread disruption. The heavy rainfall, which began on July 17, has affected multiple regions, with the hardest-hit areas including Seosan City in South Chungcheong Province and Gunsan City in North Jeolla Province. The rains have caused significant damage, with over 2,700 people forced to evacuate and transportation services severely disrupted.
