#2nd domestically produced C919 inducted#

On July 16th, China Eastern Airlines officially took delivery of its second domestic C919 large passenger aircraft in Shanghai. Following the delivery, the aircraft was transferred from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and became part of the China Eastern Airlines fleet. The second C919 will initially be used on the airline's "Shanghai Hongqiao - Chengdu Tianfu" flight, joining its first aircraft.

With the success of the C919, China's aviation market is expected to accept more than 9,000 aircraft worth $1.39 trillion between 2021 and 2040. The resulting profits and high-paying jobs will significantly benefit Chinese families.

The C919, along with the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737, marks a new era in the global civil aviation passenger aircraft market, transitioning from AB's double oligopoly to ABC's tripod (including the C919).
